  • 6 cup fresh spinach leaves trimmed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • Put the butter, garlic salt, cheddar cheese, fresh spinach leaves and fresh parsley in the Instant pot.
  • Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” at “High Pressure” for 10 minutes.
  • Release the pressure naturally and dish out.
  • Mold the spinach mixture into small-sized balls on your palms.

  1. I love this recipe & badly want to try it. However I don’t see liquid in the recipe and 10 minutes high pressure seems like a lot without liquid. Am I missing something? Just curious on your thoughts.

    1. We don’t need water here since the spinach will release some water while cooking.
      In addition, the butter and cheese would provide enough moisture :]

  2. I made this recipe and it was delicious! It was too wet at first to roll into balls so I simply added (because I wanted it to be keto) ground up pork rinds, & an almond flour & coconut mix. Then I was able to roll them up into yummy fat bombs. Will definitely make again.

  3. Tried making this and within a few minutes the Instant Pot said “burnt” and the cheese stuck to the bottom of the pot. Any suggestions?
