Instant Pot Spicy Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussel sprouts
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Pour water into your Instant Pot and correctly place the steamer basket.
  2. Arrange your Brussel sprouts into the steamer basket.
  3. Season with chili pepper, cumin, turmeric and salt.
  4. Cook at high pressure for about 3 minutes (or more if you prefer a softer texture).
  5. Quickly release the steam.
  6. Serve your Brussel sprouts topped with some soy sauce.
