A simple and healthy recipe based on delicious fish (salmon, halibut or cod) and spiced up by the fresh aroma of Mediterranean rosemary.
You can use both fresh or frozen fish and serve it with plain rice or seasonal vegetables. Seafood lovers will surely appreciate it as an informal weeknight dinner, but also as a brunch during the weekend! This recipe can be made using any pressure cooker you have.
- 1 lb salmon
- 1 cup water
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Pour water into your Instant Pot and place the steaming rack correctly.
- Place your salmon onto the rack and sprinkle with rosemary, mustard powder and salt to taste.
- Cook at high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Let the steam release naturally and serve immediately.
