  • 1 lb salmon
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Pour water into your Instant Pot and place the steaming rack correctly.

  2. Place your salmon onto the rack and sprinkle with rosemary, mustard powder and salt to taste.

  3. Cook at high pressure for 5 minutes.

  4. Let the steam release naturally and serve immediately.
