Instant Pot Salmon With Basil Leaves
- 2 salmon fillets large
- basil leaves
- 1 cup fish stock or water
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
Rub the salmon fillet with Dijon mustard, chop fresh basil leaves and put over it.
Adjust the trivet and add water or fish stock in an instant pot.
Put salmon fillet on the trivet and cook on “high” pressure for 5 minutes.
Release the pressure naturally and place the salmon on serving dish.
