  • 2 salmon fillets large
  • basil leaves
  • 1 cup fish stock or water
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Rub the salmon fillet with Dijon mustard, chop fresh basil leaves and put over it.
  • Adjust the trivet and add water or fish stock in an instant pot.
  • Put salmon fillet on the trivet and cook on “high” pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Release the pressure naturally and place the salmon on serving dish.
