Gather the necessary ingredients.
Saute the instant pot for 5 minutes.
Add oil, chopped onions, garlic, and stir.
Add other ingredients and set the pot at high pressure for 6 minutes.
Do a quick release.
Add beans, lemon juice, coriander, and mix.
Dish out and enjoy.

- 4 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cup rice
- 1 ½ tablespoon cumin
- 4 cup chicken broth
- 14 oz beans
- 4 tablespoon coriander
- Saute the instant pot for 5 minutes.
