Well, for starters I actually own an Instant Pot, that I actually bought myself, so there’s that.
I actually use my Instant Pot to cook dinner for our family a few times a week on average, so that’s another mark for my reviews.
I also take the time to not only review Instant Pot as a brand but each individual unit they make and I don’t try to sell you on them either. Some of my favorite pressure cookers are not Instant Pot models, so there’s that too.

Instant Pot IP-DUO Plus60 Review – What is New?
The Instant Pot IP-DUO Plus60 is the newest model in the Instant Pot line. Slated for release in Spring 2017 this model is an upgrade tot he wildly popular DUO line of Instant Pot electric pressure cookers. The Instant Pot IP-Smart Bluetooth Enabled electric pressure cooker is the newest model in the Instant Pot line. It is basically a technology enabled version of the IP-DUO complete with smart phone and tablet aps that can control the pot from across the room and with greater understand of what you are doing. Considering the screen real estate on the side of the pot is limited the greatest advantage of using an app to control the pressure cooker via bluetooth is that it’s easier to figure out how to manually tweak everything.
