It’s a great idea for the Christmas dinner or lunch, but also for any other special occasion to be enjoyed at home with the whole family.
- 4 lobster tails
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- Pour water into your Instant Pot then correctly place the trivet.
- Place your lobster tails onto the trivet (shell side).
- Cook at high pressure for 2 minutes, then quickly release the steam.
- Serve them sprinkled with salt and topped with melted butter.
