Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Pour water into your Instant Pot then correctly place the trivet.
  2. Place your lobster tails onto the trivet (shell side).
  3. Cook at high pressure for 2 minutes, then quickly release the steam.
  4. Serve them sprinkled with salt and topped with melted butter.
