Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 large egg beaten
  • 2-3 drops vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp canned pumpkin
  • tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
  • Pour the oil in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”.
  • Stir in almond flour, flax meal, water, pumpkin pie spice and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a bowl, add eggs and beat until light. Combine with remaining ingredients and mixed well.
  • Transfer mixture into Instant Pot and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Secure the lid and cook under “Manual” and “High Pressure” for about 15 minutes.
  • Select “Cancel” and carefully do a quick release.
  • Remove the lid and serve hot.
