Instant Pot Potato Cauliflower
- 1/2 tsp small onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 7 garlic cloves
- 1 inch ginger
- 1/2 hot green chili
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 medium potatoes small cubed
- 1 small cauliflower chopped into small florets
- Red pepper flakes, garam masala, cilantro and lemon for garnishing
In a blender, add onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and green chili. Blend until smooth.
Meanwhile, add oil and cumin seeds in the inner pot of Instant pot. Select “Sauté”.
Cook for about 2 minutes and add the onion paste.
Now, cook for about 4 minutes and add spices and potato.
After that, cook for about 5 minutes and add cauliflower.
Close the lid and press the “Manual” button.
Cook for about 2 minutes on LOW pressure and press the “Cancel” button.
Release the pressure quickly through the steam vent and open the lid.
Add cayenne and lemon juice and dish out.
Sprinkle with garam masala and cilantro and serve.
