Instant Pot Pasta with Arrabiata Sauce
- 1 pound penne pasta cooked
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Arrabiata sauce
- 200 g cherry tomatoes crushed
- 750 g plum tomatoes crushed
- 1 carrot diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 2 tbsp basil fresh
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
Put the olive oil, onion and garlic in the Instant Pot and Sauté for 1 minute.
Add all the spices, cherry tomatoes, carrots, plum tomatoes and water.
Close the lid and set the instant pot to “Manual” and cook for 25 minutes at high pressure.
Release the pressure naturally and serve with cooked pasta.
