Instant Pot Paneer Butter Masala
- 1 lb paneer chunks
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 small onion thinly sliced
- 1 green chili
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 2 tbsp dried methi leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tomatoes peeled and chopped
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
Add all the ingredients except honey and paneer in the inner pot of Instant pot.
Close the lid and press the “Manual” button.
Cook for about 8 minutes on HIGH pressure and press the “Cancel” button.
Release the pressure naturally through the steam vent and open the lid.
Put the mixture in the immersion blender and blend well.
Again transfer the mixture in the Instant pot and add paneer and honey.
Select “Sauté” and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Dish out and serve hot.
