  • 1 pound chicken thigh boneless
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • Season the turkey with salt and pepper.
  • Put oil and seasoned turkey in the Instant pot.
  • Mix together chicken broth, Italian seasoning, lemon juice and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
  • Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” mode for 15 minutes at high pressure.
  • Release the pressure naturally and serve hot.
