When I make these mushroom bacon skewers, everyone raves over it!
- 6 bacon strips
- 1 pound mushrooms
- 2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tbsp mesquite seasoning
- 1 cup water
- Arrange the trivet in the Instant Pot and add water.
- Rub the mushrooms thoroughly with mesquite seasoning.
- Spear the bacon strip on the skewer, then mushroom wrap the other end of the bacon strip on the skewer.
- Transfer the skewers in the trivet and top with cheddar cheese.
- Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” at “High Pressure” for 5 minutes.
- Release the pressure naturally and dish out.
