It looks delicious! I want to ask if I need to adjust the cook time if I want to use a pork tenderloin instead of a sirloin roast? Thanks!
Yes, as the pork tenderloin cooks up faster than the sirloin roast, the timings need to be adjusted for sure. Cook for about 3 minutes at high pressure and do NPR for 15 minutes. Your tenderloin will be perfect to tenderness!
Wow, this recipe was fantastic! I cooked it exactly as the recipe instructed. I completely thawed the pork loin for 20 minutes before beginning. The pork was very tender and moist and the tangy flavor was out of the world. I will definitely be making this again. Thank you for sharing this recipe!
Oh! I’m very glad that you enjoyed it. Thanks for trying it out! ☺️
This is the first ever meal that I have cooked in an Instant pot and turned out as desired. I had used a 4 1/2 pounds roast, so I enhanced the cooking time by 10 minutes at high pressure. Gravy was awesome. Thanks!
Yes, that’s great! For each pound addition, you need to increase coming time by 10 minutes.
