Instant Pot Lamb Paleo with Japanese Tonkatsu Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lamb
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp basil dried
  • 1 tbsp Japanese salt
  • 1/2 cup tonkatsu sauce
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 can (28 oz.) lamb stock
  • 2 tomatoes crushed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Put the oil, onion and garlic in the instant pot and “Sauté” for 2 minutes.

  2. Add the lamb and the rest of ingredients in the instant pot. Close the lid.

  3. Set the instant pot to “Manual” and cook for 40-45 minutes at high pressure.

  4. Release the pressure naturally and Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
