Instant Pot Japanese Meat Paleo with Veggies

This dish is a tasty and healthy combination of beef and Japanese veggies. I really like to make it for dinner when I’m craving for beef.

Instant Pot Japanese Meat Paleo with Veggies

Ingredients
  • 1 pound beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cup Japanese veggies diced
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp basil dried
  • 1 can (28 oz.) beef stock
  • 2 tomatoes crushed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Japanese Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Japanese Salt
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
Instructions
  • Put the oil, onion and garlic in the instant pot and “Sauté” for 2 minutes.
  • Add the beef and the rest of ingredients in the instant pot. Close the lid.
  • Set the instant pot to “Manual” and cook for 40 minutes at high pressure.
  • Release the pressure naturally and Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
