This Instant Pot Mutton Curry s an easy-to-make dish, containing typical Indian taste that is loved by everyone. It is quite delicious and has a savoury aroma.

Ingredients
- 2 lb mutton boneless
- 6 tbsp oil
- 2 green chilies
- 2 onions chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger minced
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- cilantro to garnish
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 12 black peppercorns
- 12 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks 1 inch
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 black cardamoms
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 4 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Put oil and whole spices in the inner pot of Instant pot. Select “Sauté”.
- After 30 seconds, add chopped onions, ginger, garlic and green chili in the Instant pot.
- Sauté for about 4 minutes and add chopped tomatoes and spices.
- Then, sauté for 2 minutes and add mutton.
- Close the lid and press the “Manual” button.
- Cook for about 15 minutes on HIGH pressure.
- Release the pressure naturally through the steam vent and open the lid.
- Dish out and garnish with cilantro.
- Serve and enjoy!
