Instant Pot Glazed Mahi Mahi with Braised Bok Choy
- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 cup braised Bok choy cooked beforehand
Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.
Place the fish steaks in the Instant Pot pressure cooker
Add all the remaining ingredients then secure the lid.
Cook on “Manual” setting for 6 minutes at high pressure.
Once done, release the pressure completely. Remove the lid.
Transfer the fish to a serving plate.
Cook the remaining sauce on “Sauté” function until it thickens.
Pour this sauce over the fish.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
