Instant pot Fusilli pasta with spinach
- 1 lb fusilli pasta
- 4 cups spinach frozen and chopped
- 5 garlic cloves minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 5 cups water
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Add the water in an instant pot. Add pasta, spinach and garlic cloves into it.
Cook on manual “high” pressure for 6 minutes.
Release the pressure quickly.
Open the lid and add butter, salt, pepper and cheese and stir it.
Close the lid and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Serve it.
