  • 1 lb fusilli pasta
  • 4 cups spinach frozen and chopped
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 5 cups water
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • Add the water in an instant pot. Add pasta, spinach and garlic cloves into it.
  • Cook on manual “high” pressure for 6 minutes.
  • Release the pressure quickly.
  • Open the lid and add butter, salt, pepper and cheese and stir it.
  • Close the lid and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Serve it.
