  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp fresh sage leaves chopped
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms sliced
  • to taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 scallion chopped
  • 3 large carrots spiralizer with blade C
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • Pour oil in the Instant Pot and select sauté.
  • Add garlic and basil and sauté for about 1 minute.
  • Add mushrooms, cream, salt and black pepper and cook 6-7 minutes.
  • Secure the lid and cook under “Manual” and “High Pressure” for about 4 minutes.
  • Select “Cancel” and carefully do a Quick release.
  • Remove the lid and serve hot with noodles.
