Instant Pot Egg Muffins with Pasta
- 1 pound pasta cooked
- 1/2 tbsp Arrabiata sauce
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 tbsp cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tbsp bacon crumbled
Put 2 cups of water and place the rack in instant pot.
In a mixing bowl, add eggs and whisk well. Add all the ingredients and divide the muffin batter equally in muffin moulds.
Put the muffins on rack and close the lid.
Set the instant pot to “Manual” and cook for 8 minutes at high pressure.
Release the pressure naturally and serve hot.
