  • 1 pound pasta cooked
  • 1/2 tbsp Arrabiata sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 tbsp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp bacon crumbled
  • Put 2 cups of water and place the rack in instant pot.
  • In a mixing bowl, add eggs and whisk well. Add all the ingredients and divide the muffin batter equally in muffin moulds.
  • Put the muffins on rack and close the lid.
  • Set the instant pot to “Manual” and cook for 8 minutes at high pressure.
  • Release the pressure naturally and serve hot.
