  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves chopped
  • 4 cups corn
  • 1 lb potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 cup chicken stock


  1. Add all the ingredients in instant pot and stir well.

  2. Close and lid and seal it. 

  3. Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 12 minutes, release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
