Instant Pot Clams with Béchamel Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shell clams
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 cup béchamel sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients except clams and béchamel sauce.

  2. Arrange a trivet in the Instant Pot and add red wine mixture.

  3. Transfer the clams on the trivet and close the lid.

  4. Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 4 minutes.

  5. Release the pressure naturally and top with béchamel sauce.
