Instant Pot Clams with Béchamel Sauce
- 1 pound shell clams
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 cup béchamel sauce
Mix together all the ingredients except clams and béchamel sauce.
Arrange a trivet in the Instant Pot and add red wine mixture.
Transfer the clams on the trivet and close the lid.
Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 4 minutes.
Release the pressure naturally and top with béchamel sauce.
