Instant Pot Chicken Paprika Paleo
- 2 pound chicken
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp basil dried
- 6 cup chicken broth
- 4 roma tomatoes crushed
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
Put the oil, onion, garlic and cinnamon in the instant pot and “Sauté” for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken and the remaining ingredients in the instant pot. Close the lid Set the instant pot to “Manual” and cook for 10 minutes at high pressure.
Release the pressure naturally and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
