Instant Pot Chicken with Orange Sauce
- 2 pound chicken breast cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1 head garlic minced
- 1 cup orange juice
- ¼ cup soya sauce
Put the olive oil and chicken in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”.
Sauté for 3 minutes and add remaining ingredients to the Instant Pot while stirring constantly.
Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” mode for 8 minutes at high pressure.
Release the pressure naturally for 5 minutes and open the lid.
Mix orange juice and corn-starch in a bowl and add it to the Instant Pot.
Select “Sauté” and cook for 5 minutes while stirring continuously.
Dish out and serve hot.
