Instant Pot Cheesy Mini Frittatas

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 6 eggs whisked
  • 2 Scallions chopped
  • 1 zucchini chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Pour water into your Instant Pot and correctly place the trivet.
  2. Grease some molds or jars with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix cheddar cheese, milk, whisked egg, chopped zucchini, scallions, salt and pepper.

  4. Pour your mixture inside each mold/jar.
  5. Place your molds/jars onto the trivet.
  6. Cook at high pressure for 5 minutes.
  7. Quickly release the steam and serve immediately.
