Instant Pot Buffalo Fish

Fish fillets are simmered in the olive oil and Frank’s Red Hot Sauce to pack quite a kick.

  • 1/2 cup Franks red hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • Marinate the fish fillets with hot sauce, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
  • Dredge the fish fillets in the bread crumbs and refrigerate the marinade for an hour.
  • Put the olive oil and marinated prawns in the Instant Pot.
  • Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” and “High Pressure” for about 4 minutes.
  • Release the pressure naturally and dish out.
