Fish fillets are simmered in the olive oil and Frank’s Red Hot Sauce to pack quite a kick.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Franks red hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish fillets with hot sauce, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
  2. Dredge the fish fillets in the bread crumbs and refrigerate the marinade for an hour.
  3. Put the olive oil and marinated prawns in the Instant Pot.
  4. Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” and “High Pressure” for about 4 minutes.
  5. Release the pressure naturally and dish out.
