Instant Pot Bottle Gourd Pudding with Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 cup full fat milk
- 5 green cardamom powdered without husk
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 tbsp cream cheese
- 300 g condensed milk
- 1 kg green bottle gourd freshly grated
- 30-35 alomonds peeled
Wash the bottle gourd, peel and grate them.1. Wash the bottle gourd, peel and grate them.
Add the bottle gourd and green cardamom in an instant pot, cover with the lid and cook until one whistle.
Release the pressure and open the lid
Add condensed milk in an instant pot and cook on high heat until the milk is dried and become a thick pudding.
Add the butter in it and let it cook until it mixes well with the pudding mixture and start separating around the corners.
Take out the pudding in the bowl and add 5 tablespoons of cream cheese in it and mix it well.
Serve hot or cold with the topping of nuts.
