Ingredients
  • 1 cup full fat milk
  • 5 green cardamom powdered without husk
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 tbsp cream cheese
  • 300 g condensed milk
  • 1 kg green bottle gourd freshly grated
  • 30-35 alomonds peeled
Instructions
  • Wash the bottle gourd, peel and grate them.1. Wash the bottle gourd, peel and grate them.
  • Add the bottle gourd and green cardamom in an instant pot, cover with the lid and cook until one whistle. 
  • Release the pressure and open the lid
  • Add condensed milk in an instant pot and cook on high heat until the milk is dried and become a thick pudding.
  • Add the butter in it and let it cook until it mixes well with the pudding mixture and start separating around the corners.
  • Take out the pudding in the bowl and add 5 tablespoons of cream cheese in it and mix it well.
  • Serve hot or cold with the topping of nuts.
