Instant Pot Bottle Gourd Juice
- 2 cups bottle gourd peeled and roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
- 1/2 inch piece ginger
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 cups water
- salt to taste
Add mint leaves, cilantro leaves and ginger in a blender and blend well.
Meanwhile, add bottle gourd, black pepper, black salt, salt and water in the inner pot of Instant pot.
Close the lid and press the “Manual” button.
Cook for about 7 minutes on HIGH pressure and release the pressure naturally through the steam vent.
Open the lid and add in lemon juice min leaves mixture.
Strain with strainer and refrigerate.
Serve when chilled.
