Instant Pot Beef Sausage Casserole
- 1 pound candy Italian floor beef sausage
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cup frozen peas
- 3 tbsp raw shell pasta
- 1½ cup tomatoes chopped
- 1½ cup mozzarella shredded
- 1½ cup water
- to taste black pepper
- to taste salt
Put the olive oil and sausages in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”.
Sauté for 3 minutes and add onions.
Sauté for 2 minutes and add frozen peas, pasta, Italian seasoning, tomatoes and water.
Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” mode for 10 minutes at high pressure.
Release the pressure quickly and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
