Instant Pot Beef Paleo with Marinara Sauce

  • 1 pound beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 baby carrots minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp basil dried
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 can (28 oz.) beef stock
  • 2 tomatoes crushed
  • 1/4 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp thyme diced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup coriander leaves


  1. Put the oil, onion, garlic and ginger in the instant pot and “Sauté” for 2 minutes.

  2. Add the beef and the rest of ingredients in the instant pot. Close the lid.

  3. Set the instant pot to “Manual” and cook for 40-45 minutes at high pressure.

  4. Release the pressure naturally and Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
