- 3 pounds lean beef
- 1/2 pound carrot chopped
- 1/2 pound onions chopped
- 1/2 pound celery chopped
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
- Put all the ingredients in the Instant Pot and lock the lid.
- Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” mode for 15 minutes at high pressure.
- Release the pressure naturally and strain this inventory using cheesecloth.
