Ingredients

  • 12 oz. (350 g) fresh hot peppers (any kind) stems removed
  • cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp smoked salt
  • 1 lb cooked BBQ beef shanks

Instructions

  1. Place chopped peppers in the Instant Pot pressure cooker.

  2. Stir in vinegar and salt.

  3. Secure the lid and cook on “Manual” function for 1 minute at high pressure.

  4. Release the pressure completely then remove the lid.

  5. Puree the mixture using a handheld blender.

  8. Serve.
