Instant Pot Apple Cherry Risotto
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1½ cups Arborio rice
- 2 apples diced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup apple juice
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 3 tbsp sliced roasted almonds
- whipped cream
Turn on the instant pot, add butter, rice and cook for about 4 minutes.
Add spices, sugar and apples in it.
Stir milk and apple juice in it.
Lock the lid of the instant pot.
Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 6 minutes, release the pressure quickly through steam vent.
Open the lid and mix well.
Serve with almonds, cherries and whipped cream.
