  • 100 g dark Swiss chocolate (70%)
  • 3 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 100 g fresh cream
  • 12-14 roasted almonds silvers
  • 1/4 tsp almond essence
  • Adjust the trivet in an instant pot and add water into it.
  • Put the large chunks of chocolate with almond essence and fresh cream .
  • Cook for 2 minutes on “high” pressure with the lid sealed.
  • Release the pressure naturally.
  • Fill the fondue pot with the mixture and garnish with roasted almond silvers and caramel sauce.
