Instant Pot Almond Butter Lava Cakes
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tsbp MaraNatha Creamy No Stir Almond Butter
Take a bowl and add cocoa powder, chocolate chips, coconut oil, vanilla, honey, salt and melt these in microwave for 1 minute.
Take a bowl and add baking powder, egg, flour and whisk together.
Add these into ramekins and add ramekins into trivet, place trivet in instant pot.
Add 1 tablespoon almond butter in ramekins.
Close the lid of the instant pot.
Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 7 minutes, release the pressure quickly through steam vent.
Open the lid of the instant pot and serve.
