Cuisinart Pressure Cooker Reviews: All Electric Multi-Cookers Compared

Cuisinart Pressure Cooker Reviews

I know it’s really easy to find reviews of some of the other electric pressure cookers on the market but I also know that reviews of Cuisinart electric pressure cookers are a lot harder to come by; that’s exactly why I wanted to put this page together.

Basically Cuisinart has a small line of electric multi-cookers that are on average a bit cheaper than bestsellers from Instant Pot but if you are anything like me you are wondering if they are worth buying. You wonder if they are a good value or of it they are simply cheap and not as good.

Well, I’ve taken the time to look deeply at all three Cuisinart models and review each of them independently. Scroll down to take a look at the three models, and compare them against each other. I think you’ll find that Cuisinart has made some good products. I’ve never com across bad quality from Cuisinart before in any of the other kitchen gadgets and tools they make and I don’t think you are getting anything less from them with any of their models in this space either.

My Various Reviews of the Cuisinart Electric Pressure Cookers

Here you’ll find a summary of each unit made by Cuisinart. Make sure to click through to see my full review of each model as well as it’s comparison to it’s closest alternative competing electric pressure cooker.

Cuisinart CPC-600 Electric Pressure Cooker Review

This is the most commonly found electric pressure cooker made and sold by Cuisinart. You can find this model for sale in a wide variety of stores and the price is really competitive on the low end. It is not however reviewed like many low end electric pressure cookers. Past customers consistently review this model highly and on average it’s value is apparent. Is it worth the money – you bet. Read Full Review

2. Cuisinart EPC-1200PC Electric Pressure Cooker Review

Cuisinart EPC-1200PC Electric Pressure Cooker Review

At just a passing glance of the box, product specs, the manual, and the units itself the EPC-1200pc looks to be identical to the CPC-600. There are however two different units made by Cuisinart and they do have small although somewhat meaningless differences to note.

The “pc” on the end of the product model refers to “price club” meaning these models were manufactured for the purpose of selling in special stores like Costco and Sam’s club. Largely the EPC-1200pc is the same but if you click through to my full review page you’ll see there are a few tiny differences to not. Read Full Review

3. Cuisinart CPC-600AMZ Electric Pressure Cooker Review

Cuisinart CPC-600AMZ Electric Pressure Cooker Review

It wasn’t long after Cuisinart was selling a bunch of their electric pressure cookers that they started selling on Amazon too. They developed this “model” specifically for Amazon (desginated by the “amz” on the trailing end of their model number) so that it could hold up better in warehousing and shiping situations. Essentially this unit is better packaged for online retial and is more likely to arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition. Read Full Review

The Main Differences Between Cuisinart Electric Pressure Cookers

In addition to my reviews of these products linked above I have also planned dedicated pages to the comparison of the various Cuisinart pressure cookers. If you are most concerned with the differences between the CPC-600 and the EPC-1200pc then I’ve got you covered.

Curious what the main difference between the CPC-600amz is from the regular CPC-600, well I’ve got your summary of that planned to.

Although these pages are under development you can take a look at the differences between CPC-600 and the Instant Pot IP-LUX60 V3 right now as this is probably the closest alternative.

Cuisinart Makes a Handful of Accessories For Their Electric Pressure Cookers

Another thing that is nice about this brand is that they make it easy to find a few replacement parts. You can easily pick up replacement sealing rings (gaskets) which extend the useful life of your machine.

There is even a replacement pressure valve and replacement lid available for sale so just in case you don’t maintain your unit very well or if you lose a part you don’t have to scrap the whole machine.
