Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 lb beef sirloin thin slices

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup egg noodles
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley optional

Instructions

  • Heat butter and oil in a big pot. Add beef and cook until brown. Remove and keep aside.
