Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Place butter, sage, bay, onion, celery and potato in your Instant Pot.
Press “Sauté” and cook for about 3 minutes, until the ingredients starts to fry.
Add chestnuts and vegetable broth and lock the lid.
Cook at high pressure for 15 minutes.
Quickly release the steam.
Remove sage and bay leaves and adjust with salt, pepper and nutmeg powder.
Serve hot.
