white wine

Creole seasoning
Instructions
Pour olive oil into your Instant Pot, then add onion and garlic.
Press “Sauté” and cook for about 2 minutes (until onion turns golden).
Add also chicken, tomatoes, bell peppers and Creole Seasoning and stir.
Cook for another 3 minutes, until meat browns on each side.
Add white wine and cook at high pressure for about 10 minutes (depending on the size of your chicken chops).
Let the steam release naturally and serve hot or warm.
