Instant Pot Lemon Coriander Soup

This exotic coriander soup is very delightful and full of nutrition’s. the addition of lemon in it makes it even more tasty.

Instant Pot Lemon Coriander Soup

  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 16 ounce canned vegetable broth
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice


  1. Turn the instant pot on and select sauté.

  2. Add olive oil, onions, celery and garlic. 

  3. Sauté them till they become tender and soft.

  4. Add all ingredients except flour and lemon juice.

  5. Lock the lid of the instant pot.

  6. Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 10 minutes, release the pressure naturally through steam vent.

  7. Add flour, lemon juice and whisk well.

  8. Cook till the soup becomes thick.

  9. Serve hot and season it with salt and pepper.
