Instant Pot Italian Rooster with Egg Noodles
- 2 cup egg noodles cooked
- 2 cup chicken chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp pepper
Put oil and chicken in the instant pot and cook till tendered.
Add garlic and onions in the instant pot and Sauté for 3 minutes.
Stir in the vinegar and the rest ingredients in the instant pot.
Close the lid and set the instant pot to “Manual” and cook for 8 minutes at high pressure.
Release the pressure naturally and add egg noodles.
Mix well and serve immediately.
