  1. Confused about what kind of "flour" the recipe uses.

    Ingredients calls for:
    ¼ cup flour
    Instructions refer to:
    chickpea flour

    1. Great question-- you can use either. I used all-purpose flour originally but you can use chickpea flour for a gluten free alternative.

  2. OK I Have written to several chefs with this question about my instant.pot.Never a reply.Question.If i saute in a seperate pan.will it affect the cook time or quality by not having the instant heated up? Thanks

    a reply.

    1. On this recipe, all the cooking process is on the "saute" mode.
So if you are sauteing using a separate pen, you better finish the process with this pen...

  3. Do you need to flip them over part way through the cooking process in the Instantpot or do they brown on both sides without flipping them? I'm new to Instantpot. Thank you!

    1. Presoaked and then boiled chickpeas. but you can also use rinsed and drained canned chickpeas in this recipe too.
